"So much fight gear in one place"
I was genuinely impressed with how much gear they had on the site. I found gloves, shin guards, and a few training bits without having to jump between a bunch of different shops. Everything was easy to browse too, which made the whole process smooth

"I ordered from Minotaur Fight Store..."
I ordered from Minotaur Fight Store and needed to get in touch about my delivery. They did eventually reply and got it sorted, but it took longer than I was hoping, and I had to follow up once 😕 It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a little frustrating when you’re waiting on a quick answer. I’d probably use them again, but only if I’m not in a hurry.

"A bit pricey for what it is"
I ordered a couple of bits from minotaurfightstore.co.uk and everything turned up fine, delivery was no issue. The stuff was okay, but for the price I was expecting it to feel a bit better quality. It’s not awful by any means, I just don’t think the value is really there, so I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

"Showed up looking brand new"
My order arrived just how I was hoping it would. The item was clean, no scratches or damage, and the packaging did its job really well. it looked brand new when I opened it. I’m really happy with how it arrived, but I’ll definitely be watching future orders too, if the condition ever starts slipping, I’d probably take my business somewhere else.

"Checkout was more hassle than it needed to be"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept lagging and the postage costs weren’t clear until late in the process. I also had to re-enter my details at one point, which was really annoying. I did manage to get through in the end, but it felt way more difficult than it should have, and I felt a bit stupid for trusting them to make it a smooth process.

The order did show up and the item itself was totally fine, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, shipping took longer than I was expecting, and the tracking barely updated, which was a little annoying. I’d probably order again if I wasn’t in a rush, but I wouldn’t count on it for anything I needed quickly...

"Easy enough to use, but felt a bit ignored"
The website was easy to use overall, and I found what I needed without too much hassle. Pages loaded fine and checkout was straightforward, so no major complaints there. The only thing is, on mobile some parts felt a bit cluttered and I had to scroll around more than I expected. I also got the feeling that a few usability issues had just been overlooked, which made me feel a bit ignored as a customer. Still, it worked well enough and I’d probably use it again

"Tracking didn’t really help"
I ordered some gear and got sent a tracking link, but uh, it was pretty much useless for a few days. It kept showing the same update over and over, so I had no idea where my parcel actually was.

It did turn up eventually, just later than I was expecting. The store itself was fine, but the tracking definitely needs to be improved.

"Good shop, delivery was reasonable enough"
I ordered a couple of bits from here after my brother mentioned he’d used them before, and everything turned up just fine. The delivery cost wasn’t the cheapest I’ve seen, but it wasn’t bad compared with a few other places I’ve ordered from lately.
I’d probably give it 5 stars if the postage was a little lower, but there’s not much to complain about. The parcel arrived on time, was packed properly, and I’d be happy enough to use the shop again.

The delivery took way too long. I was waiting around for ages, and by the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. If you need something quickly, save your time and look elsewhere

"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered a couple of bits from Minotaur Fight Store because the website showed them as in stock, so I thought it would be a straightforward order.

A few days later I was told one of the items actually wasn’t available, which meant I had to change the order. That was frustrating because I needed it for training that week, and I don’t really enjoy being forced to just sit around and be patient when the site made it look ready to go.
To be fair, customer service did get back to me, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But the stock on the website definitely needs keeping up to date. I might use them again, but only if I wasn’t in any sort of hurry.
